Shipping policy

Luxe Poly Lei's only use Australia Post for all of our postage orders. All items are posted via express post with tracking. Please note all orders over the value of $100 requires a signature on delivery. 

Please take into consideration we will always do our very best for you to receive your items on time for the required date. Once your item has been posted with Australia Post, we are not responsible for any delays imposed by Australia Post. Luxe Poly Lei's do not offer any refunds or exchanges for items that have been delayed by Australia Post. 

For any items that have been received damaged, please get in contact with Australia Post will be your first point of call and also advise luxepolyleis.au@gmail.com Please note we are unable to offer any refunds exchanges on Kahoa Lole, Ula Lole and or Chocolate Graduation Lei's. 

Australia Orders:
For all Custom Orders we require at least minimum 2 - 3 weeks notice, before the date needed. When it is the busy Graduation season, a cut off date may be imposed for local and domestic orders. 

Domestic & International Orders:

We do our best to meet timeframes, please note for custom orders we require anywhere between 1-4 weeks notice. 

Shipping Time Frames: 

Australia - Up to 5 - 7 Days anywhere in Australia 

New Zealand - Up to 2 weeks 

International - Up to 6 weeks 

Confirmations: 

All tracking information will be sent via email so you are able to track your order. We are just as excited as you are for you to receive your order.

Customs and or Taxes 

Please note that Luxe Poly Lei's are not responsible for any additional fees that may be imposed on your order. All additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Shipping costs:

Luxe Poly Lei's are not responsible for the postage fees that are imposed by Australia Post. All postage / shipping fee's will be totalled at time of check out.
